We're here to provide you and your family with the BEST youth baseball/softball experience possible! We are a 100% Volunteer Organization. We happily volunteer our time and effort to organize and run our league for the current year. Please take a minute to become familiar with each one of us. Feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or suggestions throughout the year. Our Board meets regularly the first Sunday of every month. Meetings are open to all NWLL parents/guardians.

Executive Board

These positions are required by Little League for our league to operate

Position  Duties
 President - Manages agreements with HTPD, PG, & NW Elite
- Oversees league operations
- Manages registration for Spring and Fall seasons
- Manages Part Time Travel program
 
 Player Agent - Handles player drafts
- Coordinates out of boundary waivers and All-Star Paperwork
 
 Treasurer - Manages league finances, prepares taxes and annual budget
- Completes purchasing for the league
 
 Secretary - Creates agenda and keeps minutes for board meetings
 
 Safety Officer - Handles all background checks, SafeSport training and CPR certifications for volunteers
- Manages incident reports
- Tracks all safety equipment
 
 Vice President of Baseball - Works with all coaches throughout the season
- Facilitate managers meeting - communication/explanation of rules, issue escalations, etc.
- Organizes pre-season clinics and player evaluations
- Distribute, track, and order equipment
- Interviews and recommends all coaching placements
 
 Vice President of Softball - Works with all coaches throughout the season
- Facilitate managers meeting

Fields Director

- Handles all field related vendors and tasks
- Oversees Field Maintenance Committee


Umpire in Chief

- Hires & trains youth umpires
- Manages umpire schedule


Fundraising & Event Director

- Plans fundraisers
- Coordinates all NWLL events
- Oversees Fundraising Events Committee


Sponsorship Director

- Solicits sponsorships
- Manages relationships with sponsors
- Fulfills sponsorship packages


Concessions Director

- Oversees concession operations
- Creates concession schedule
- Manages concession inventory and places orders
- Oversee Concession Committee (open/close concession stand)


Marketing & Social Media Director

- Manage photos and videos for the league
- Manage all social media channels
- Manages all League email communications
