We're here to provide you and your family with the BEST youth baseball/softball experience possible! We are a 100% Volunteer Organization. We happily volunteer our time and effort to organize and run our league for the current year. Please take a minute to become familiar with each one of us. Feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns or suggestions throughout the year. Our Board meets regularly the first Sunday of every month. Meetings are open to all NWLL parents/guardians.

President

- Manages agreements with HTPD, PG, & NW Elite
- Oversees league operations

Vice President

- Manages all volunteers
Creates volunteer sign-ups
Oversees concession operations & places concession orders
Coordinates pre-season information

Treasurer

- Manages league finances, prepares taxes and annual budget
- Completes purchasing for the league

Secretary

- Creates agenda and keeps minutes for board meetings
- Manages all League communications
Social media manager

Safety Officer

- Handles all background checks, SafeSport training and CPR certifications for volunteers
- Manages incident reports
Tracks all safety equipment

Player Agent

- Manages registration for Spring and Fall seasons
- Handles player drafts
Coordinates out of boundary waivers and All Star Paperwork

Director of Baseball

Director of Softball

- Works with all coaches throughout the season - managers meeting,     
   communication/explanation of rules, issue 
escalations, etc.
Organizes pre-season clinics and player evaluations
Handles all schedules, including tournaments 
Distribute, track, and order equipment
- Interviews and recommends all coaching placements

Director of T-ball

- Works with all T-Ball coaches throughout the season
- Handles all team assignments

Fields Manager

- Handles all field related vendors and tasks
- Oversees Field Maintenance Committee

Umpire in Chief

- Hires & trains youth umpires
- Manages umpire schedule

Director of Fundraising

- Solicits sponsorships
- Plans fundraisers
Coordinates all NWLL events
Oversees Fundraising Events Committee

Concession Manager

- Creates concession schedule
- Manages concession inventory and communicates to VP
