Softball Minor B
Youth league age 6 – 8. This league will be coach pitch for the entire season with an emphasis on practices and basic skills throughout the season; 11 inch softballs are used for play.

Softball Minor A
Youth league age 8 – 10. This league is player pitch until 3 players are walked and then the remaining inning is coach pitch and 11 inch softballs are used for play.

Softball Majors
Youth league age 10 – 12. This league is player pitch and follows all Blue Book rules, with a few exceptions. Continuous batting order is utilized and 12 inch softballs are used for play.

Softball Juniors
Youth league age 13 – 14. This league is player pitch and follows Little League International rules. Standard batting order is used and 12 inch softballs are used for play.

Here's what your player will need for the upcoming season:

Softball
Required:
- Softball glove
- Black softball pants
- Fielding face mask (REQUIRED)
- Softball cleats (No Metal Cleats!)

Optional:
- Softball bat (league provides 1-2 per team)
- Batting helmet (league provides 1-2 per team)
- Batting gloves
- Sliding shorts (Minor A and above)
- Gear bag (optional but encouraged)
